(a) the determination of the heirs, deceased and legatees, the respective shares of such persons and the obligations imposed on them by the deceased, as well as other inheritance rights resulting from death, including the making available by a court or other authority of the deceased`s estate to persons close to the deceased; (b) disengagement and disqualification by conduct; (c) any obligation to re-establish or account for gifts, advances or legacies in determining the shares of heirs, estates or legatees; (d) the disposable portion of the estate, irrefutable interest and other restrictions on the death order; (e) the substantive validity of the final orders. This Regulation should allow potential creditors from other Member States where assets are located to be informed of the opening of the succession. . . .
